The day will be both streamed and available for trainees to attend at Barts.
The programme is as follows:
10:30hrs – Cardiopulmonary bypass
11:30hrs – Haemostasis & coagulation
12:30hrs – Thoracic surgery
14:30hrs – Grown up congenital heart disease
15:30hrs – Off-pump coronary artery bypass graft surgery
16:30hrs – Anaesthesia for the cardiac cath lab
